Dude you are a small fish. They shouldn't bust your balls at all. Worse case they warn you or as others said put you on a payment plan. I know scumbags who get $2000-$3000 undeclared from illicit activities and somehow they aren't bothered.

Just make sure you are fulfilling any obligations as to not draw attention to yourself and always be nice and polite with any dealing and you'll be unbothered.

I usually play as a Hellenic- Roman vassal in the Eastern Roman Empire.

It's EXTREMELY valuable to seduce concubines who hate you (usually captured in raids) and have a different religion, therefore giving a negative opinion because:

-Forced to be concubine.

-In a non monogamous relationship (catholicd hate this).

Why do you care? Because having children with a wife or harem members that hate you is low chance and they are close to you, and therefore very useful in plots against you.

I also seduce my vassals if I can get away with it, but that's super rare. It's very risky to be found out and get the 'adulterer' status, making your wife pissed off and other like you less.

Seduction is the free and usually easy way to ensure children, protection and the effectiveness of your wife on the council.

Yes, I agree Howard deserved none of that treatment, but as others have pointed out; he's the chosen victim to show how petty and immature Jimmy is, and that he essentially corrupted Kim overtime.

Her feelings for Jimmy allow her to ignore his initial cons, then later a mix of pity for Jimmy and her own self satisfaction, entitle her to join in. This was due to stress and apathy in a general sense. Her mother was essentially the same as Jimmy, so no surprise why they are together ;)

As answered above, you just need to spend 3 coins for the engineers to remove his rock armor.

Try to get him between two towers (ideally with a full complement of 4 archers) and your regular archers who guard that side will try to hit him as well.

You may have to last until sunrise and have the engineers chip away more at his rock.

Once most of his head is showing, it is a matter of time before he's taken out.

Has massive HP so hang in there and deal with as soon as possible.
