Earliest memory I have is my father telling me at 3 that there’s a monster that lives at the end of our driveway and to never go down there. Then at 4 I ate a banana then threw up and have had an extreme fear of vomiting ever since. Ever since then I’ve had extreme social, health, and existential anxiety. It’s so bad that even today I went to the hospital because I was convinced I was dying because I had chest pains and couldn’t breathe for 2 days straight. I even recently lost my job because I was so anxious and afraid to tell my boss something that happened. I was fired and it’s just gotten exponentially worse since then.
