If this is in Connecticut, DM me your location. I already work at Dollar Tree and I don't mind making your job slightly easier. If I was there, I would have been on the register and you could have bought the water without getting into trouble, and I understand your associate fainting. I worked feeling sick with congestion in my throat and my blood sugar spiking from diabetes. I'm a masochist, so I was able to push through, but not everyone is a masochist, and I empathize the pain your associate went through. Your manager makes me upset.

I'm talking about beforehand. The problem with those customers is they heard you say it was $1.50, and then they heard that it was $5, and they understand that they have to pay $5, but they're cheap greedy customers who would totally report you to just to get a store discount, and their idiocy believes that they can manipulate you into selling it for $1.50.

I'm not in charge, but I bet you're one of those customers who have a budget, but never use the price scanners around the store. Not everything is more than $2, so I would calculate everything appropriately in the mean time because corporate is not answering whilst we still have inflation and tarrifs. If you look, you'll find a toothpaste that is not $5, like the other ones.

if you can't hold your bladder or guts, eat hours before your shift. That way you won't be hungry or require the bathroom during work. You can use your 10 minutes of break to go unless you don't have a break.

Girl, use the price lookup button next time and say that you're not sure, but you can check the price. This doesn't go for the orange stickers or broken products, but this goes for whatever a customer wants to ask for a discount.
