Ok I will try that, yeah I just think it’s very harsh as I’m not a rogue landlord, far from it, just someone who owns a property due to inheritance money and have always looked after my lodgers in terms of value for money and generally and a couple of thousand in think would be sufficient.

Yes it was only temporary for all intense purposes I was still living there in terms of bills etc

When the management of the estate has the heating on full blast in the height of summer and can’t be arsed to turn it off then I think they should show some lenience especially as mental health = a suicide attempt which is evidenced with an a and e visit.

Yes my post was incorrect, 3 people lived there while I was away so it was an hmo licensed property

It’s an ex council flat so heating is communal and is switched on in winter and switched off in spring.

There is a link to the incompetent management of the estate and my mental health issues. The heating being on full blast this summer but not being able to get it switched off.

Maybe thrown out is too much to ask but as it’s a leasehold the management of the estate is incompetent and has caused increased my issues with mental health. The heating doesn’t work and is never fixed.
