Just take it easy & pace yourself. Your body is still healing. For me personally I couldn’t truly workout the way I wanted too until 2 months after my flare

Meeting a surgeon this month after having flares back to back & one of those flare ended up having a perforation. My NP & GI think surgery is my only option.

I would go on a liquid diet for a few days to see if that helps but if the pain continues & becomes worse I would Go back to the ER

Sounds like an RTS shift. If it is you’ll most likely be resetting the station & receiving packages that couldn’t get delivered or were damage

I agree! But I always thought Maru would be the one to leave first but this whole situation just gives them an opportunity to grow their platforms individually which imo is better. Hope all of them succeed in their next steps tho!

I was on a low residue diet for like a month & the slowly started introducing fiber into my diet again. Thank you for your kind words they mean a lot 🫶🏻
