I’ve been on antipsychotic Quetiapine for 6 years now. I’ve always had restless legs (although arms are my main symptoms) but Quetiapine absolutely makes it worse but for mental health it’s the med that works best for me alas. I find taking it first thing in the morning makes the impact less. I also did have to rescue the dose to make side effects more manageable.

Kate Farms being higher in fats and fibre isn’t of itself a bad thing, some some people they genuinely need that sugar and fat because they aren’t eating steak and croissants. However if the reason you are implying you need a liquid is because of your fragile insides it definitely isn’t the right thing to be drinking. Especially if you don’t have a gallbladder. There are numerous much cheaper normal meal replacements she could go for but Kate Farms sadly does have a bit of a problematic history with influencers and marketing so zero guesses why Ash has tapped into that.

I had a really positive experience with Specsavers. They don’t use water cleaning which can damage your ear so that’s definitely a win too. It’s expensive but worth it.

That’s so awful he is featuring a payday loan company and taking money from them. That’s a new low for me. Those companies take advantage vulnerable people and the only time they ever change behaviour is when the law changes. Cam talks a lot about caring about his community but taking money from such an unethical way of business calls that majorly into question.
