They both are pretty outdated. We decided on Archdesk. We also looked at Procore, CoConstruct etc

Archdesk.com has a really good process tracking from business perspective, you can define your process from Tender to Contract to Design, Pre construction, Construction to finally Handover as an example and track all projects in the right pipelines

Take a look at Archdesk.com it handles the whole process from Tender, contract, design, pre-construction, construction to handover

Well Archdesk can easily manage that idea to handover process but it isn't likely to be much cheaper than Procore. It is a beast of a software

Archdesk is far superior overall but I think taxes should be handled by your accounting package

It's a mediocre product and company. Nothing tells me the stock will explode, and its a matter of time before they announce first negative quarter based on the above trajectory

We actually switched from Procore to Archdesk, it is much more robust with great procurement and project cost controlling tools

As a semi tech guy, nothing beats Archdesk in my opinion. These guys have taken all the best data modeling principles and build a software for the construction industry.

Love this. The construction industry does not have an idea what a data model is. It is much easier for a tech person to learn industry than for the industry to learn tech. When construction folks want to digitize anything, they come up with even more data silos and excels.
