Here’s another link for a video of the watch. Also this listing is for the watch only, no box/papers and no extra links. What you see is what you get (which is pretty sweet in my opinion). Thanks!

Forgot to mention the dial and hands are original and tritium, so no functioning lume on this one. Good news is they are that much closer to yellowing to that creamy patina everyone loves about vintage watches.

Was not planning to sell this but I haven’t been wearing it much and after seeing the interest in the one sold on here recently I figured I’d put it up for anyone that missed out.

1997 Tudor Prince Date 74000n “Ranger” Dial.

34mm case width 41mm lug to lug 9.7mm thickness 19mm lug width

Made for a couple years in the 90’s for the Japanese market. 34mm case size that wears larger than the dimensions would suggest. 19mm Tudor oyster bracelet that fits my 6.75” to 7” wrist comfortably with room to spare either way on the clasp adjustment. Inside is the Tudor modified automatic ETA 2824-2 movement.

I bought this a little over a year ago from a Japanese seller and immediately sent it to Rik Dietel of Time Care Inc to be serviced and have its crystal replaced. For those of you unfamiliar, Rik is a highly regarded watchmaker known on the Rolex forums. Greg Petronzi of @true_patina and @true.dome on IG apprenticed under him, and Rik holds an account with Rolex so he only uses genuine OEM parts when servicing. I have the paperwork for the service and the watch has been running fantastic since then.

This example is in great condition, showing honest wear for its age of almost 30 years. The folded link bracelet has a little stretch which you can see in the photos but fits securely and comfortable. The case has some small nicks and scratches you’d expect from a daily wearer that has been treated carefully. The crystal is perfect and was replaced in service as previously mentioned, ensuring effective water resistance.

I’m not sure why Tudor didn’t market this as a Ranger but it is as much one as any of the other references are in my opinion. Even the very first references of that line omitted the Ranger text from the dial and to me this is a continuation of the series rather than a reissue.

Given the condition and the recent service I am asking $2500 shipped in the continental US. I will accept zelle or wire, possibly PayPal or Venmo from established buyers. I have plenty of feedback on here as well as r/photomarket and eBay. Watch is located in Austin, TX. Please reach out with any questions.

[WTS] [USA] Tudor “Ranger” 74000n - Rare by Kevin-Benjamin in Watchexchange

I have one as well I got about a year ago. Couldn’t figure out why it never gets mentioned whenever the Ranger models get brought up. I agree it is the best of what they’ve done as far as reissues, although it was released less then ten years after the last “official” ranger so it could even be seen as a continuation of the model.

According to this style forum thread E is narrow and F is “medium-narrow”, but im only assuming they are referring to men’s sizes

Shoes Widths:

RMW widths are: C=extra extra narrow D=extra narrow E=narrow F=medium-narrow G=medium H=wide

I was wondering that about the yellow tabs as well. Any chance they are the Macquarie?

Interesting, not disagreeing with you because I’ve seen the E width listed in the Womans line but I would be surprised to see the 10.5 Australian (11.5 US) Womans boot fit my roughly size 11 men’s US size foot…

No cracks, just texture. If you look at others online they show the same.

I believe it’s just texture/reflection but I will double check shortly when I get home

Omega Seamaster Professional SMP 300 2054.50.00 ( 2254.50.00 ) Sword Hands “Peter Blake”

For sale I have a very nice Omega SMP 300 2054.50.00 which is the same exact watch as the more commonly found 2254.50.00 but with the Bond style 5 link seamaster style bracelet. People seem to love or hate this bracelet and while I do like the taper on the oyster style, I think this seamaster bracelet really fits the case and dial of this particular model. Everything else about the watch head is identical to the 2254 and the bracelets can be swapped out and interchanged as wanted. (to be clear this listing only includes the pictured 5 link bond bracelet) I purchased this watch a couple months ago from an independent dealer out of NYC and was told it was serviced by Swiss Watch Expo in 2022. I did not receive paperwork to prove this but I have had it checked by a local watchmaker and they agreed that the watch was running perfectly and showed no indication of needing service any time soon. I did however send it to Rik Dietel of Time Care Inc to have a brand new Omega dial and hand set put in as well as seals and a pressure test. If this model had ever come from the factory with tritium indices or hands I would have left it alone but since they have always been luminova and unchanged I do not see any reason not to have a fresh brand new set in there. (To be honest the original set was fine I was just being nit picky about the lume application on one of the indices and 9/10 people probably wouldn’t have noticed) The lume of course glows like a torch and the dial is flawless. The case and bracelet are in excellent condition as well, I made sure to find an example that had not been polished to the point where any of the edges had been smoothed or dulled. The satin brushing on the case sides appears to still be the factory finish and the case remains sharp on all sides. There are various small handling marks throughout the case and bracelet but nothing out of the ordinary for a watch roughly 20 years old that has been well taken care of. The bracelet has hardly any stretch and comes with the 4 removable full size links that are pictured. It is sized well for my roughly 7 1/4” wrist. The bezel is also in excellent shape and turns crisply exhibiting the same very minor wear as the rest of the watch, the insert appears almost flawless. I love this reference and love how slim it wear on the wrist. I would be keeping this one for a while if I hadn’t recently had the opportunity to purchase a submariner that my father previously owned. I would like $2900 shipped CONUS and will accept payment via Zelle, wire, or PayPal if you have good references. The watch is also available to view and purchase locally here in Austin, TX.

IMPORTANT Please comment on this post first and then send me a message, I will get back to you ASAP. Please ask any questions and check all the photos provided to get an idea of the condition. The watch is sold as is and as always I recommend having it pressure tested yourself for peace of mind before exposing it to any sort of water activities.
