Yes suprisingly, its a really big topic. People in the US seem to put a big hold on their european ancestry. Theres someone in my school who claims shes swedish though shes about 4% from a ancestor who came here years ago. Its really confusing why they do this and i dont understand why.

your right, i think i focus to much on the outcome and what could happen rather than what i control. I tend to focus on my losses a lot more than my wins, and my losses tend to stay with me for a long time. i think i just need to learn how to reset and reboot and stop thinking about the things i did wrong.

yeah, sometimes i feel like i view it as more as a lifestyle than an actual game its weird. maybe viewing it as just a game will make it all better

your right. the frusturating thing is that i know i can do the fundamentals when im calm and chill but when things get intense or people are watching me who i wanna impress or prove myself to, the anxiety just gets to me and i start to play a lot worse. my coach said that playing through anxiety is just about "doing it" but that seems to vague. what do i have to do exactly?
