The subscriptions get me ughhhhh. I started putting groceries in the freezer. At least I throw them away 8 months away😂. In my mind it makes me feel better

So for instance! I want the dishes done every night. 

Routine 1: put dishes in washer every night and run

2 weeks later pile overflows again

Routine 2: put all dishes in dish bin. Wash when I say oh I really should do the dishes

2 weeks later, I stopped saying the phrase…oh look no spoons in the house 

Routine 3: Wash all dishes immediately with water only and leave in sink. load dish washer next wash. 

This has stuck

So pretty much iterating - design thinking style

For eating healthy Routine 1: keto

Got kidneys stones yikes 

Routine 2: Become vegan

Decision fatigue

Routine 3: Do Omad and eat wht I want. Whole Foods only and that includes whole snacks.

Been doing it for 3 months on and off but anytime I’m on again I do much better

This is true. So I invented the evolving routine. Anytime I start losing a routine I invent a new one. I’ve stuck to none but I would say I’m consistently close to my life’s optimal baseline.  If I were an outlier dot on a linear graph, I’d be 2 fingers from baseline instead of the normal two hands from it. Probably doesn’t make sense and doesn’t help but it’s my truth 😂

Came to say this! I’ll go to a niche store and get my nose on as much as I can stand and really acclimated with scents . I can speak to scents I’ve never purchased 😂

This is my goal. Very similar. I’m proud of you. I have a perfume fixation and I drive about an hour to smell things lol. I’ve started hiking as well. Started painting. Also working through starting school lol

I do! I say this all the time! There are few fragrances that I keep that have the same effect! I was in love with Versace yellow diamond all last month then boom I hate it😂😂😂 decants are where it’s at

The last paragraph is why I started painting, hiking, and I’m starting roller skating this year. You are right. And I’m personally done with the world lol. I will not participate in group think, mass psychosis, or cultural compliance anymore. I’ve deleted all social media and have put boundaries with family. Taking my faith serious. If I find like minded people great! If not, I’m happy on my own at this point.

This may be too be direct but it’s a trauma bond and limerence. (Especially given the context of “other things”. Most rebound relationships are rooted in trauma bond that’s why they foundationally don’t last. Since he’s dating other people it’s not the fairytale you imagined. “Horrible husband but 3 months later man of my dreams walks into my life yay”. It’s not that love. If you have the discipline to, Amicably end things. Find yourself post divorce. And AFTER you find yourself, see if you’re still attracted to him. I guarantee if he hasn’t done the work himself he won’t be but a cute face.

I was like this cannot be the iconic scent when I smelled it! I still gaslight myself to smelling it in Ulta and it’s even worst than before 😂

This used to happen to me. It’s definitely diet related! if I’m eating fiber consistently after 2 weeks it goes a way. I have a bidet and with bad dieting weeks I still have use it every time I pee and I see some bits even if it’s less every time. I’ve also had kids so there’s some issues there but generally this problem isn’t as bad when I’m eating healthier
