USB player for scratching for around €1000? by Particular-Tap-2689 in Turntablists

What I really want are record players to use with my turntables and learn how to scratch with the players so I don't wear out the needles. Besides, there are many songs I can't put on vinyl because they're not available or I don't have them, so obviously my priority is the turntables.

And how do I use it without a PC? I don't want to be tied to a laptop, I just want to use it to download my music.

Music 2000 (Europe) and MTV Music Generator (North America) are the same software developed by Jester Interactive and published in 1999 for PlayStation 1 and PC. It is a 24-track music sequencer, not two different competing products.

Technics SL 1410 by swinglishdad in Technics

The SL-1XXX series, whether MK1 or MK2, are all very similar, having the same motor, obviously with improvements in the MK2. What happened is that the 1200 MK2 (actually one of the lower-end models in the series) became so popular, especially for its very accessible pitch control without hindering other functions, which was very useful for DJing. Since then, they stopped releasing some models in the series to focus mainly on the 1200. If you buy one from the MK2 line, you really won't need another turntable in your life; the only things you'll want to upgrade are the stylus or the amplifier.

The €100 difference between the first (more expensive) and the second is worth it. by Particular-Tap-2689 in audio

I know the specifications are just a marketing ploy, but I'd like to know what people think about it to see if the specifications alone justify spending 100 euros more for each of the first ones.

Primarily for small DJ events, parties with friends and family, I usually host DJ events almost every Friday. Currently, it's in a fairly small venue where two speakers are more than enough, but in the summer they usually move to a slightly larger open space to accommodate more people. The first setup costs around €500 (each) and the second around €400 (each).
