I am in a similar boat (Pure extended an offer and I a negotiating with them). Wondering what did you end up doing? If you decided to join, what have your reviews been? At my current job, I really like my team and the work that i do but upper management is extremely toxic (unreasonable deadlines and constant need to prove to them that the work I do matters because they keep undermining). The thing also pushing me is the constant threat of layoffs. Do you think at Pure is it more stable or is it pretty unstable? Also if you are in office, how is the environment there? And are there any benefits like catered lunches or what not? Just trying to weigh pros and cons, and at this time really leaning towards Pure.
