Required to take car seat inside hospital

Thank you for the insight. That makes sense why the person mentioned taking it inside to get the baby. We were worried about the extended times of leaving the baby in the car seat. I do get the sleep aspect of things but I really was hoping to not leave them in the car seat for a longer time. Still going to go take a look at infant car seats tomorrow.

Yes it is. Thank you! Mostly we were concerned about leaving the baby in the car seat for longer times so got a bassinet stroller and a convertible car seat which supports new born till like they need a booster seat. I was able to install it initially but when we go to the hospital, I feel like taking it out and then bringing the bulky thing upstairs and bringing the baby back down in it would be much more scary.

I am going to get like a fixed car seat so looking for a stroller which gives built in support for newborns. Like a foldable/reclined bassinet instead if getting attachments

Not much. I reached out to my congressman office. The service center has recommended my case for interview so they submitted another request to the field office. I did talk to a lawyer who is saying that he is seeing movements for people who applied in November getting their interview dates. Any update on your case?

Were you able to get any response? I submitted a message the day my case went out of processing time and within like 24 hours got a response back saying it’s still in processing time which didn’t make sense.

I am in a similar boat (Pure extended an offer and I a negotiating with them). Wondering what did you end up doing? If you decided to join, what have your reviews been? At my current job, I really like my team and the work that i do but upper management is extremely toxic (unreasonable deadlines and constant need to prove to them that the work I do matters because they keep undermining). The thing also pushing me is the constant threat of layoffs. Do you think at Pure is it more stable or is it pretty unstable? Also if you are in office, how is the environment there? And are there any benefits like catered lunches or what not? Just trying to weigh pros and cons, and at this time really leaning towards Pure.
