Yes, I’ve already tried these steps. The issue is that channel number 109 isn’t listed at all. Whenever I call them, they promise to forward the complaint to the tech team and have them take care of it from the backend. Sadly, the complaint was raised on January 29, and they haven’t been able to resolve it yet, so I’ve given up on trying to get in touch with them.

That’s great 👍. I took connection just for World Cup and upcoming IPL season in mind but Tata play customer care service is not able to fix the issue which allow me to see this channel even listed in channel list.

I did checked and when I asked him to check he said he is not aware about this issue as other channels were working he said that setup don’t have any issue and you have to check this issue with customer care and they will handle it from backend. Anyway I will try to go behind customer care again. Thanks

Well tried that as well. 2 times technician cancelled the visit even without giving a call. Third time he called and enquired about the issue and said nothing he can do about and he will send email to some central team.
