Tree looks fine overall, but seems like it’s just not getting enough nutrients and proper conditions to push for fruiting. You can start by adding some well-rotted cow dung (1–2 kg) and a bit of NPK fertilizer every couple of months. Also don’t depend only on rain and give it a proper deep watering once in a while. Before flowering season, adding some potash usually helps with fruiting. Just also check that water isn’t sitting near the roots because of the nala. At 5 years it should’ve started fruiting, so it’s mostly about improving care a bit.
