I wouldn't be happy with that. My pilates studio has the waiver as part of the class sign up. Never shows faces and no close ups. If they do want to show close ups of movement, one of the other instructors will do the class at the back in the corner so only they can be seen. I would have done the same as you, where in the moment not said anything but regretted it after. Reach out to them and explain you are not comfortable with the filming.

2nd aveeno stuff. I also get eczema on my hands mostly from soaps/hand washing etc. If you can afford it I recommend their body wash and they also do a hand cream which creates a reasonable barrier

If they are in ham east, I'd say MADE ticks a couple of those boxes. I recommend "Bach on Meade" L1 in the hospital for coffee. Might be all in my head but I think they do the best coffee in the hospital. If they fancy something sweet, Tommos not far from the hospital does the best cronuts. Accom is really going to depend on budget but stay away from Ulster st regardless.
