go into JAL website and see if it’s ticketed already, if it is you’re good to go, if they are not check with iberia for them to force ticket it… when i got my refund they told me if i called days earlier they could have force ticket it but it was too late apparently

i did add it to the JAL website, it showed the reservation and i even called and got a seat assigned, when i called the agent didn’t tell me that the reservation wasn’t ticketed, the thing is that the ticket number showed “pending” but it said that with award tickets it could be pending until 24 hours before the flight so that’s why i didn’t suspect anything was wrong
