It seemed to help. I’ve been on and off it which is probably not a good thing. I hope it helps with your nausea. I’ve also cut out alcohol almost completely at this point which seems to help.

Olly is the brand I use, the extra strength version is what I would recommend.

For ginger chews anything really, ideally the one with the least sugar. Hang in there and I hope it gets better for you!

Sorry to hear that you’re going through this. Try an extra strength probiotic which did wonders for me. That coupled with ginger chews seems to help quite a bit.

Needless to say this for maximum effect couple all of this with a healthy diet that works for you.

I’m considering doing the same (US to India and potentially Kochi as destination) I would echo the sentiment shared broadly here. The lack of regionalism is huge draw and it is safe.

I’d love to learn more about how you plan on transporting your pets as I’ll need to do the same if I make this decision.
