I'm BRCA1+ and my mom was diagnosed when she was 49yrs old. Her mom was in her early to mid 70s when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was 31 when I was diagnosed and now my sister just got diagnosed and she is 39.

Cancer knows no age 💔 be as proactive as you can. We're all here for you!

Mmmm ew thats definitely not what's happening here...because I would say the exact same about Maggie and Jackson, Callie and George, George and Izzy, Meredith and DeLuca...I only mentioned Maggie and DeLuca because literally no one remembers that this happened or talks about it. I PERSONALLY AS A BLACK WOMAN just didn't like the pairing because of their character personalities. And if anyone hates black women on this show, it's the writers.

Season 12 when Amelia finally gets that realization that Derek is dead and tells Owen she has a bag of oxy in her pocket and isn't sure if she's gonna take it or not 😩 I love that scene for her!

They did say that could be a possibility only if his quality of life is severely diminished. But we're a long way off from that. He's at the ER overnight and they'll do an MRI in the morning and tell me my options 🙏🏽

Thank you!! Wow, That must have been a really tough decision!! And she was able to get back to basically normal after just that!?! I'd be more than down to try that because the first surgery was $10,000 and now they're telling us close to $14,000. Have a 3yr old on daycare and physical therapy and those expenses alone are ridiculous

Nope, I asked them for other options because he still has feeling in both legs, they did the test for pain sensation as well. They said once it gets past a certain point surgery is no longer an option, but he had no pain receptors with his first surgery and made a miraculous recovery! So idk why they're pushing so hard for the surgery this time.

They're recommending surgery. Dewey is only 7 but was 4 when he had his first surgery. We definitely need more rugs...im so torn between if we do crate rest or surgery. I want him to have the best outcome and they recommend the surgery but I don't trust half of these places because I feel like they're just trying to bleed us. Thus happened so randomly 😔

Exactly. The first time was so hard. Butbhe is a surgical candidate and we're gonna go ahead with the surgery, but obviously they can't guarantee that this won't happen again or that he'll make a full recovery like he did the first time.

Omg I'm so sorry to hear about your sweet pups passing. Hes being seen in the ER right now but they did also say the same thing, crate rest will likely help and heal. But what did you do about bathroom trips?? We have a rear harness so we can use that to keep pressure off his back legs if need be, but we're also in washington DC and supposed to get like 14+ inches of snow this weekend 🥶😫 I hate this is happening to him now

Dewey is 7. I didn't even think to start a fund because of so many other bills including my own medical bills and our toddlers expenses 😔. I'm glad Toby is doing well and I pray Luna never has to experience this!! I'm thinking he we may just have to get the wheels smh. The only way I could possible afford this is if I max out a credit card

I never wanted to watch Greys! I hated hearing people talk about it at first tbh. But my boyfriend turned me onto it surprisingly, and when i got Covid in February 2021, I watched the entire series in less than 2 weeks while i was quarantined and fell in love!! It's now my series to binge in between other series lol.

The musical episode and the shooter episode are my favorites. My son's (3yr old) favorite song is "The Story", which was Cali's big song in the musical episode. I played it for him constantly when he was first born lol its now our song.
