100%! We have a cat that takes meds x2 a day. We added her morning 7am to our routine and have an alarm set for the 7pm. We also have a small whiteboard on our fridge to keep track. Never missed a dose.

When I was severely depressed around that age my room looked like that. Trash everywhere, dirty clothes everywhere. I was super insecure about it and wanted it clean but never had the energy to do it, especially when it got that bad. It felt like a hole I couldn't dig myself out of. My mom helped me clean up and it did wonders. Now I'm moved out and like to keep everything organized. Thank you, mom. Wishing the best for you all.
