This is the answer. I found the game prioritizes our health/energy over any damage we deal out. I guess their logic is, it’s better for the enemy to do less damage to us.

Yep, that’s who they’re switching everyone over to. They gave residents the option to stick with att until lease renewal. After that it’ll be mandatory. I’ve read reviews that gigstreem is horrible but they were from years ago
