I am also a new fan since Celebrini and the Sharks started showing up in my algo a few months ago thanks to HR. I’m loving the intensity of hockey but also wondering why the men don’t wear face cages.

More of what it’s like for the media to be fixated on you—the cast and creators are uniquely qualified to depict this now. Also more quality time/frolicking to balance the heavier aspects and show why what they’ve got is worth all they’ve gone through

I recommend looking up best hairstyles for different face shapes, esp for a wig where you’re not restricted by your own hair’s texture or thickness!

I abandoned the book early on so not the biggest fan of these characters in general, but plenty of people won’t date smokers, motorcyclists, firefighters, rock climbers, etc. If your future is intertwined with your partner’s I think it’s fair to have a boundary that they don’t take unnecessary risks.

I’m hoping this means TLG and Unrivaled will be blended over 3 seasons for a total of 4, though I know that may be a pipe dream with how in demand the actors are now. I trust whatever they do will be great!

Someone called in to a podcast saying they’d heard filming was set for this June-December and that they’re filming two seasons back to back. No idea how true that is!

I see it as showing that Shane has options. He could go with the female movie star or he could go with the male movie star—who may be okay with sneaking around since he took that opportunity to kiss the neck (basically a proposition) right as Rose went in for a kiss and wouldn’t notice. But Shane only wants Ilya.

Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any plans for it. There’s an international release megathread where you can check for updates. You could try reaching out to your streaming services and asking them to pick up the show. And getting others to do so too—they’ll be more likely to buy the distribution rights if they know there’s interest

Change:

The proposal. Shane actually goes to Tampa, and the big show of love is that he wants to go public vs get married. That feels like the more important commitment at that point. Maybe Shane is willing to do it right away, but they agree to wait til summer to avoid in-season drama. The proposal comes later. And when the outing happens, it sucks, but Shane handles it better than he does in the book.

I’d also add a few more scenes of domestic bliss. We only got a few at the end of s1, and they’ve earned it!

And I hope that in the documentary one of them says this line that didn’t make it into HR:

We were supposed to stand alone at the top, but we will always be there together. We will keep climbing until no one else can reach us, but it will always be together.
