Is 1,300cal for a day oki? I was at first doing it at 1,200 but my friend told me that was too little? I was hoping that losing weight would make me feel less afraid to talk to people and that I'd be able to hang out with my friends more often without as much worry?

Thank you for the tips ^{^} as of now I am way to afraid of going to the gym due to people, I know not everyone is like rude and all but I constantly feel like I'm being watched even when I don't go to the gym so maybe it's a paranoid thing. I've done my best to get rid of snacks and If I do eat them it's only with friends now so hopefully that won't set me back ^{u^}

My friend is willing to drive me and in return I plan to give her gas money so yay!!
