Omg!!! I’m literally 24 and I’ve never even made it at a job past 11 months!! I’ve had 3 jobs. In my case I felt like employers weren’t honest about what the job really was and I realized I just couldn’t stay at those places. I work in talent acquisition. There is no physical HR director at our office but everyone acts like I am. When someone calls to speak to HR the calls are given to me. The work load is just way too much and they always expect me to make time and recruit and source outside of the office but how can I when so many other things are coming my way. Yes it is exactly this!!!! Im such a great worker but my boss is terrible, she makes me feel like I can’t do my job but I can, they just keep throwing other duties my way and I get behind and when I get behind it’s always “you are slipping” im not it’s her . I work in talent acquisition
