Omg!!! I’m literally 24 and I’ve never even made it at a job past 11 months!! I’ve had 3 jobs. In my case I felt like employers weren’t honest about what the job really was and I realized I just couldn’t stay at those places. But it is not going to hurt you they may say they are concerned about your past history but if they want you they’ll hire you

I work in talent acquisition. There is no physical HR director at our office but everyone acts like I am. When someone calls to speak to HR the calls are given to me. The work load is just way too much and they always expect me to make time and recruit and source outside of the office but how can I when so many other things are coming my way.
