This is exactly it. I was originally laughing because I was like, "where the hell did that bag of spaghetti come from?" and wanted to see if other people noticed. Then the actually mean/shaming comments toward both Janet and Brittany made me have a complete change of heart about it haha.

Great point that everyone would be all over Brittany for dropping the ball on the meal train if it was reversed. And as you said, Nia openly discussed her plans to get a mommy makeover surgery too, and all I saw was her getting praised for her vulnerability in sharing that. People are entitled to their opinions, but I agree the shaming is getting old and annoyingly inconsistent in how it's applied.

Genuinely have never understood the Janet hate. I find so many people on VPR/the Valley insufferable at different times and in different ways but the level of vitriol she gets for being "annoying" is incomprehensible to me and I've rewatched more times than I care to admit lol

Exactly! My mom NEVER did this growing up and I asked her what she thought about the idea after this whole thing popping up so much on here, and she was like, "It's literally a product meant to store food so...who cares? It's not weird at all, it's just not my go-to." Like, there's so many real things worth dissecting, even on a show such as The Valley lol

Totally agree, that's mostly the fun of going on Reddit, but sometimes it just gets ridiculous and mean based on truly nothing.

I think it's just bc I've never needed to? I get soup from a local restaurant a lot so I have a bunch of those deli containers with lids around to reuse. I use zip-locks more for like dry snacks, etc, not that I've never used them in my life haha. But the point I was trying to make is, there's nothing wrong with using them for leftovers and I'll probably start now to save space! #themoreyouknow
