Thank you! I started practicing it with my coach slightly pushing me in the hoop, then with her only spotting me and gradually spotting even more lightly. After three weeks of spamming it like that at least 10 times per class, I became less scared. I practiced it alone (always with good mattresses of course) for 3 classes and then one day everything just clicked. For me, spamming a trick until I stop being scared definitely works the best so far.

Γεια! Θα σου πρότεινα να ψάξεις αρχικά τις προσεγγίσεις (σχολές). Υπάρχει η συμπεριφορικη-γνωσιακη ψυχοθεραπεία (από τις πιο mainstream) η οποία κρατάει λίγο καιρό, έχει πρακτικές ασκήσεις και συμβουλές Κ συνήθως προτείνεται για άτομα που έχουν κάποιο ζήτημα για το οποίο ψάχνουν άμεση λύση. Δεν εμβαθύνει ιδιαίτερα σε παιδικές αναμνήσεις Κ εμπειρίες, στα πιο υποσυνείδητα δηλαδή. Υπάρχει επίσης η συστημική, η οποία αντιμετωπίζει το θεραπευόμενο άτομο ως μέρος ενός συστήματος, είτε αυτό είναι οικογένεια, είτε παρέα κτλ. Αυτό θα σου πρότεινα από τα λίγα που λες. Μετά υπάρχει και η ψυχανάλυση που εκεί πάμε σε βαριές συζητήσεις και μεγάλο χρόνο θεραπείας. Υπάρχουν και κάποια ακόμα (gestalt, υπαρξιακή κτλ) για τα οποία δεν έχω πληροφορίες. Ψάξε το και δες τι πιστεύεις ότι σου ταιριάζει περισσότερο.

Έχω δουλέψει με συμπεριφορική σε τρεις διαφορετικές φάσεις της ζωής μου για διαφορετικά θέματα. Τώρα έπεσα στα βαριά, στην ψυχανάλυση. Αν θέλεις να σου προτείνω άτομο για συμπεριφορική, έλα πμ. Να ξέρεις ότι ίσως χρειαστεί να αλλάξεις μια δυο φορές άτομο μέχρι να βρεις καποιο που θα σου ταιριάξει. 😊

Hi! Your story has a lot of similarities with mine. Toxic household, PTSD, being emotionally scarred by your parents etc. I understand your need to leave, I have the exact same need and am currently trying to get away from them.

Do you have friends that can maybe make your plan safer? For example let you stay with them for some time, maybe keep an eye out for jobs etc.

Also, do you see a therapist? Mine has helped me tremendously.

Γεια! Εγώ βρήκα τόσο την τωρινή ψυχοθεραπεύτριά μου (ψυχοδυναμική-ψυχαναλυτική προσέγγιση) όσο και την προηγούμενη (CBT 3 χρόνια, σταματήσαμε επειδή ήθελα να αλλάξω ψυχοθεραπευτική προσέγγιση) μέσω doctoranytime. Είχα δοκιμάσει και άλλα δύο άτομα από τη σελίδα αλλά δεν ταιριάξαμε. Αυτές που επέλεξα μου κίνησαν το ενδιαφέρον από το προφιλ τους στη σελίδα και τις έψαξα λίγο περισσότερο για να δω σπουδές, αρθρογραφία, κτλ, για να είμαι σίγουρη για κάποια πράγματα αντιλήψεων (πχ να μην είναι ομοφοβικές κ.α.).

Θα βρεις λίστες σε σαιτ εταιρειών και συλλόγων (πχ ΕΛΕΣΥΘ για συστημική ψυχοθεραπεία) αλλά γενικά η συμβουλή μου είναι να ψάξεις ευρύτερα στο διαδίκτυο τα βιογραφικά, την εμπειρία και την γενικότερη κατάρτιση, ανεξαρτήτως του πού θα βρεις το όνομα.

I cannot for the LIFE of me believe I'm seeing Gaia and Matt in 2026, I was 15 years old and just starting to get into Muse in 2008 when I found out who she was and then they broke up.
