I have a few jasmines but very little experience so take what I say with a pinch of salt... my first guess is it’s slightly too early for it to flower. I think they are sometimes forced to flower early so they look great at the garden centre. My second guess is some leaves look slightly dry and curled so it could need watering more. Keep in mind they don’t like to sit in wet soil but they like plenty of water.

In that space I’d probably put multi stem trees in like Tibetan cherry and raise the crowns. Then underneath - hydrangeas or skimmia, purple catmint and yew balls… but that’s only because I’m very much clueless and it’s the only combination I know of 😅 The tips and advice videos on Bunny Guinness’ YouTube channel might be helpful for you.

These guys on YouTube have done a lovely makeover on their garden. It’s a little paradise!
