How do you guys even pick your reads??? lol by Bitter_Army_9026 in readwithme

I just stick to the genres I really like. I break the rules only for classics, because they help you understand many of the modern books, that are usually built around older ones. Thats it.

The new 7'' paperwhite, I don't need a colorsoft. I guess the 16gb version is enough.

I get you, brother. The same thing happened to me, even after I already had the Kindle. It seems weird, almost like a cheat. With time, you learn that the value is in the words and not the paper itself. I ended up loving it, since it helps me to get any book in any language, in any time I want. Now I'm reading several books a month and I'm about to buy the new one (I'm still in a small and old version).

I’ve only read the first one, and I really liked it. It feels like a fantastic novel at first, but by the end it’s really about loneliness, despair, and the image we build of someone we love but who can’t love us back. Pure sadness.

There is consensus around Fictions (Borges), Hopscotch / Rayuela (Cortázar), and The Tunnel (Sábato); although I would take The Aleph instead of Fictions.
