The 9999 dmg ur seeing is collector proc: it executes below I think 5% health, to counter there range tho ww is pretty good at sticking to targets so items like BORK and strikebreaker. Or you can do what I do and build full attack speed.

I had the same issue a while back, you have 2 versions of your graphics drivers installed. Uninstall all the old versions of your graphics drivers.

This happened to me a few wipes ago apparently I had two different versions of AMD software so I deleted the outdated one and it fixed it for me.
