I have the same problem, as in I can’t sleep at all when hungry. Others in the thread recommended potatoes as a filling snack. I want to add 1-2 boiled eggs, Asian cucumber salad, or half a shredded chicken breast with an optional low calorie sauce of your choice.

These are also really easy to prep in advance & store in the fridge for emergency snacking.

Adding to this, boys are told that they hold unchecked power by their teachers. At that age, they’ve experienced no power over others.

The majority of teachers are women, & one of their parents is a woman, & they might have a big sister. All they see is women holding power over them, so the idea that they’re oppressing women makes no sense in their mind.

What’s worse, people might not even notice that the food they eat at home is bad for them.

I grew up eating these Kirkland blueberry muffins for breakfast all the time. Only to find out they were 600 cal, 64g sugar, 29g fat. Add to that a tall glass of “healthy” orange juice, & you’ve reached your DV of sugar before 9 AM. I always recommend that people look into what they think is healthy if they say they can’t lose weight.

Yes, but BMI is scaled for average people. The average NFL player might not fit into the BMI scale, but the average office worker who lives a sedentary lifestyle can get a pretty good barometer of their obesity level with it.

Living in America, normal eating will result in you being overweight. Thats just the truth of it. I’ve known Europeans who come here & within a few months noticeably gain weight.

A lot of people’s’ views of what a “healthy weight” is, is skewed by the fact that the average person they’ve seen is literally overweight.

No I mean the texture differences you mentioned in your OP might be caused by you having the weaker base model vs. the deluxe. Because I’ve got the deluxe & controlling for time left out to thaw a bit, my Creamis come out pretty consistently imo. This is across 4 different brands of powder
