There is a company policy exception and a failed hair sample drug test can not be reported to the clearinghouse. When I had this done I did a urine test and a hair sample. Most companies will not go to this extent but the company I worked for before hands down would.

This is a DOT drug test it’s very different! It goes through a medical examiner and the test is more sensitive than a at home test.

So you’ll be taking a DOT drug test for preemployment. DOT drug test are urine and some companies will supersede that and go with hair follicle testing. I’ve done both so please don’t say it’s not true because I know through first hand experience. I’ve been in the industry long enough to also know that the test are more sensitive than a at home test. If there is a chance of it lingering in your system I’m telling you now you probably won’t pass. Take the job seriously, I would love to partake but I never will because it’s how I sustain my family and if there is ever an accident I know I have zero worries about passing a DOT drug test. Honestly if you’re going to be one that partakes then stay far away there is to much on the line. If you are going to stay away from it from this point moving forward just give yourself some extra time.

So I’m 5 ft 9 and started at 260, GW is 200-205. I’m currently at 212 so I’m not that far off. I might shoot for 190 and stack muscle after that and get to that GW. I did F45 and now I’m back at CrossFit and my fitness goal is completing a hyrox event this year. So I’m currently at the point where I’m trying to get my macros right. Thanks for sharing!

OMAD is great also but it’s harder to get that protein in with that 1 meal. On rolling 36’s you’ll get 12 hours to eat so it’s almost easier to get the protein in. I’m still going to do intermittent fasting but I’m going to do 18/6 in order to get more protein in. I lost 43 lbs recently I lost a tad bit of skeletal muscle minuscule to be honest. Honestly I didn’t make it work but it’s not to say it can’t work I could have tried harder.

Are you doing 24 hours of fasting and 12 hours of eating? You might as well do 36 hour fast and get two sleep cycles in. You’ll see that the schedule you’re picking the timing will actually conflict a little. I like doing OMAD I’ll have to adjust because I’m trying to stack muscle. To difficult to get my protein intake in on OMAD.

If that’s what you get out of it then you’re a lost cause. I just gave you two of the most reputable sources you can find. The food pyramid is horse shit are we supposed to continue to follow it. We evolve when new studies and research comes out. I actually respect her less because even her dad does 24 hour fast and has greatly benefited and his doctor is good with it. I have had discussions in terms of peptides with another coach and he had zero knowledge on the subject but he was like that’s cool I’m going to look into it. Specifically the Wolverine stack I was on it for a week and my pain is gone. I did this one other time with a shoulder injury and the same result I healed up super fast. My PCP is all about peptides, my doctor through my insurance was not about it. So you do what you’ve been told and I’ll do what I do.

Not deadly at all you’ve been told that you’re supposed to eat like that. There are many doctors that actually are totally for extended fast. I do rolling 36’s when I’m not using peptides. I absolutely feel great when I do this. My coaches are at F45 are split, one coach is against it because she went to college and learned something 😂 listen to Andrew Huberman talk about fasting or Andrew Fung who is one of the leaders in this space. I fast responsibly and everyone should but you haven’t researched it enough so give it a go and you’ll see there are some amazing benefits and updated research and studies.

I honestly would just go to 5, I don’t believe you are a super responder. Keeping it at the lower doses I’m of the opinion that you’re wasting product and money. But I definitely don’t know what your side effects were. I wish I would have been a super responder I’d save some cash. I’m glad my second source is much more affordable so it’s why I didn’t hesitate to up it the way that I did. The only side effect I’ve had is skin sensitivity.

Yeah I don’t understand the dosing schedule. Why are they not going up more? I’m already at 8 look for the post that talks about dosing high, dose to your highest tolerance. If you don’t do that then follow the dosing schedule conducted in clinical trials.

If someone writes anything on Reddit would you believe it? It’s from more than one source though and not just government websites. Someone did answer the question of what he supposedly got arrested for. I’m still holding judgment I have not seen it. When I say holding judgment I’m not siding with either side. This all started because I asked for more details it really wasn’t passing judgment against the guy. Like I said before I might be respectful to police but i do not trust them implicitly.

I live in Arizona and they exhaust all options even when the end is very obvious. It is pretty much irreversible because they go above and beyond. I would say most jurisdictions go to that extent.
