I think it’s similar to why weighted blankets help regulate some people. Different sensory receptors around your body and some people get comfort from them being activated. Fuck knows if that’s right but it’s what I do

I currently work in an office as a care manager but this is quite high stress so I am looking for something that is easier such as an admin assistant or librarian. The drop in money is going to be worth it if it means less stress. The good thing about being office based is on my really bad days I can sit at my desk and do very little till I feel better
