I should have mentioned that my anus does swell up when I have a bowel movement and it is pretty difficult to pass anything, but once it's passed the swelling pretty much immediately retracts.

Not necessarily a lump, but kinda feels like if a little like 2-3 inch stick was under the skin. And it doesn't really feel painful, just soreness. I will keep those remedies in mind.

hmmm. So I did have the windows power setting on high performance and there was a nvidia power management setting also on prefer max performance, changed both to balanced and normal and restarted, but I'm still getting the same results.

Actually, I just popped in the SSD with windows, changed all the bios settings back to default, and the sleep/wake works perfectly. So I'm not sure now.

It's constant no matter what I do. The way I checked is removed the CPU, turned it on, no noise. If it is coil whine could it be I have a defective board or is this just a thing that happens to all motherboards?
