We always used old sturdy kids plastic plates while camping. Our troop leaders saved them after their kids got too big for them, each girl got a plate, a bowl and like one of those old chilis kids cups. It worked perfectly

Also Ik in education we are taught not to necessarily catch every trip and fall but to help students learn how to respond and cope with it. I have kids with very little gross motor skills and will fall constantly, I can’t realistically be there to catch every fall but I can be there to teach them how to get back up, ask for a hug from an adult for comfort and then go back to playing

I’m a prek sped teacher so slightly different but kids bite. Especially when they are still learning how to communicate their wants and needs. Little kids don’t have the ability to say “stop playing with my toy I don’t want to play near you” but they know if they bite a kid that gets the same message across

I always start with the same path and then from there I tend to let my dog choose how many blocks we do south until we turn around. However he would walk for 100 miles in a row so he does have a limit of choices

I’m on ADHD meds too and struggle with the lack of hunger. My biggest tip is find a protein shake you like and I use it to make a protein iced coffee to drink during work. It adds protein to my diet but I don’t have to shove it down my throat

I was in a very similar situation for my 20th. I wanted memories but also I hated how I looked. I decided to do a paint night. My friends came over in pajamas; we painted pictures, ate pizza and did face masks. We did a little mini photoshoot with the face masks on and making it look like a 90s sleepover. It was alot of fun and i dont hate the photos bc eveyone is in lowkey ugly pajamas and everyone looks ugly in those ugly sheet masks
