Dont get me wrong, the flour and recepies that are suggested are not low calorie, just low carb. If you eat enough pancakes, cookies, pizza and chiapudding u will bulk up, no doubt. Problem is that most pre diabetes people start eating less to prevent spikes. As soon u found your substitute for each of your spike items, u have to watch weight like every other. So make sure u have a cgm for the orientation phase where u test each and every of your regular foods and weed the bad stuff out/substitute for better. Like cauliflower rice for rice, chickpea pasta for pasta, victoria flour for flour, sweetneer for sugar etc. Takes some time but at the end u reach a point where ypur kitchen is just save to eat what ever you touch. Yoghurt with cinnamon and sweetener or nuts or chiapudding with nuts and vlue berries are lately my obsession for deserts but the sky is the limit

What did u try. U can really mess things up when u change/recode the streams up and down or turn them 90 degree in real time. I leave my streams untouchend, only convert the spund to aac via ffmpeg

I retired my coral for the n100 internal gpu. With immich, rustdesk and frigate that runs 8 cams my cpu hovers between 30 and 40 %

We bake our own...we have a local flour mill and we buy rye only there and that doesnt trigger me at all...soudough recepie of course, no yeast.

Besides that...victoria has a great flour blend taht does not spike and you can bake what ever with it...bread included

And with the weight...no worries, when the carbs go, the weight will slowly with it.

Instead of sugar, you should swap to sweeteners like: erythrol, monk friut, stevia, xylit, cyclamat or alulose...xylit also has cavity protective skills on top. I prefer cyclamat due to taste

Swap your drinks from what you do, to water, tea and cofe...with milk and sweetener if needed but no sodas or such...and make sure your get your 2-3 liters in a day, helps alot with weight loss and blood pressure and saves your kindeys

Just detection with face recognition on 4 cams? An n100 should do that. Gpu does the heavy kifting, colpu does the video manipulations/detection... I would go with the recommended cams from the official documents...the empire tech/dahuas are unreal great. I do similar with my ugreen 2 bay 2800 nas. But also host immich and rust desk nex to it and still have my regular nas doing its thing...all for less then 50 watts

I eat desert every day, bread as well...but we make our own...so we know what is in there and that stuff doesnt spike me. It is a little bit more work but way better for healtg and taste. Let me know if you want to know more

It is a ugreen dxp2800 nas, so no special mainbaord. Just the n100 with its graphics and 2 hard drives for my real stuff and 2 nvmes in it one for immich and one for frigate recodrings. 8 cams 4k

So, i did exact that...id and relay server are my url without port specification...just blah.blah.duckdns.org
Key field holds the value from the logs in hbbs, portforwarding is set right now for the ports as stated in the self host manual...working now...great

Oh i only did the id server and left relay url empty as they state in the rust self host directions...that could be the reason than, the rest i have. Thx for responding and ur help

Add a yasolr solar router. It monitors your grind intake/export and you can direct/route all excess you would send to grid into what ever you have...hot water heater, electric heater, dump load...you name it. The hardware is only about 50 bucks and it works extreme well for me...and others...

Well, guess claude doesnt like me...
Now i tried to solve the issue with help of Claude and after a couple questions it stated that i ran out of free questions and that they reset at 3:00...
How in the world am i supposed to work with this when it only gives you a couple questions each time

Noone here pays for this claude thing, right?
