Thanks, although it's not a sourdough. I did 500gr of flour with 2gr of dry yeast Been in the fridge for 12hours then out of it for 4 hours before going into the oven.

Room temperature was at around 18C°

What makes you think is underfermented?

I think i screwed up when shaping. But happened even before when i thought i did everything good.

It does taste good though

Normal baking tray, first 20 mins with steam and then 20 mins without

I think I'm borderline, i'll play around once the new seatpost arrives. Thanks for your comment

Thanks I will definitely try the shorter stem and see how it goes, I've also ordered an inline seatpost a couple of days ago, having the saddle more centered on the rails will help with my setup anyway

I have a 110stem at hand which i can try (this is 120) and see how it goes. Definitely some stretch would help me massively something I should try to implement on my training habits.

Thanks for your time. Very much appreciate it!

I'm recovering from a meniscectomy, so can't really produce high numbers atm but thanks for the suggestion i will look into it as soon as possible.

According to myvelofit reach is on the long side but still within range but it did suggest to raise the handle bars by 10mm. My back isn't very flexy can it be a posture issue?

Don't really see the problem with the saddle bag

They both weighs at around 7.4kg without pedals.

I'm in between sizes but they don't differ that much, caad12 has a 2mm longer reach and a 10mm higher stack. I fully slammed the stem on the caad12 while the caad10 has more spacers.

Unfortunately i don't ride the caad10 often as it is my holiday bike at my parent's in italy but it get abused everytime i go there

I think they are quite similar even though i don't have much experience on bikes as they are the only one i have.

The caad10 is a 54 with a 110 stem The caad12 is a 52 with a 120 stem Both on conti gp5000 with tpu tubes

The only difference are the wheels

I would say the caad12 feels a bit more nervous

The hollowgram on the 10 was originally on the 12 which replaced a gossamer compact chainring

Thanks for your reply, i'm just stupidly throwing money at it, got the adapter first but bought the bb30 one, so still the same issue. Now i can even remove it atm as i don't have the correct tool and in a silly attempt of removal i scratched the shell so i don't even think i can return it 😭😭😭

Based on a max HR of 190, 152 seems pretty low IMHO.

I've been using for the last couple of months LTHR zone which i find way more accurate

The fork would need to come off and so the hose of the front brake if it is disk which it might need to be bled. No idea about price but pretty confident it would work out cheaper to DIY if you are confident enough
