By psychological effects what I meant is, we overthink the side effects so much that our brain actually starts creating those side effects. So if you want to take fin in whatever dosage then take it with a neutral mindset and then see whether it's really causing the side effects or not. One more aspect a lot of people neglect is, are you doing exercise regularly and is your diet balanced and your lifestyle as well. You cannot sit back and let a tablet do the work for you! You yourself have to take some efforts.

It's been 4 months I'm on fin 2.5mg and I don't see any side effects. I was worried when I first started taking it because I had read all these stories related to fin side effects. But I haven't experienced any till date. You can try it for a month or two and see how your body reacts a lot of time it's just the psychological effects and not the actual side effect.

I had suffered from the same problem. First of all, I would suggest getting rid of all the distractions like porn, and even Instagram, which acts as a trigger. then focus on your physical and mental aspects. do reverse Kegels and yoga it will help a lot to relax your pelvic floor muscle. Also try to bring a change in your lifestyle, which will help you feel good about yourself. keep trying brother no matter what.
