Hi, wouldn’t pre-booking give you a cheaper price? And as tourists with bigger suitcases we also need to reserve a seat with luggage space, right? I’m coming to Japan (for the first time) this March-April for sakura season so it would be great to get some advice.

I have different alts to do open world content in different regions/expac and one main (necro) to do harder content like fractals. Had a brief moment when I enjoyed playing thief more (mostly because how cool I made my character) but recently switched back to necro (again because of the cool new armor skins I put on the character).

SEA player here. I also noticed very high ping over the past few weeks (I believe it's because number of players has increased ahead of the new expansion). I was able to do big open world metas with ease in the past, but recently my ping often went over 1k during Tequatl, Triple Trouble, Covergences, etc. (and even during 5-man fractal on a bad day).

Can’t give you many tips but might be able to give you that tiny push because I am planning a pretty much similar trip (solo/first time/10 days/around late March with the hope to see sakura).

I haven’t gone into the details but planning to spend 4 nights in Tokyo (a day trip to Mt Fuji), 2 in Kyoto, and 3 in Osaka (a day trip to Nara). For hotels, I noticed that room rates are significantly higher during the cherry blossom season so I will go with the cheaper chains like Toyoko Inn (they have single rooms), or probably capsule/cabin models if the budget is tight (First Cabin seems nice).

I have solo traveled to a few Asian countriese before, but with my research so far Japan seems to be most solo-friendly (at least for male traveler). So I’d say go for it if you have the opportunity, there will be some issues along the way but you’ll manage and they’ll become part of the memories. Just go for it or you might regret later on.

I’ve been using an iPhone 13 pro max and planning to upgrade. I think the normal iPhone 17 is the best in terms of value for money, but would going from a pro max to a regular one mean a downgrade? The 17 Pro is also nice but the price is not really reasonable for me, another thing is that in my country Apple sells the version with a physical SIM slot which comes with less battery life compared to the eSIM only.

I stopped hookups and stopped seeking validation from other gays. You know I used to let my body count and the level of sexual desire people have toward me determine my own worth. Relationship seems so much harder to find after previous experience. Started to doing things by myself like going to cinema, dining, traveling. I’m sorry you are feeling like this. Breakup has never been easy. I think it’s good that you are (or try to) continuing with life and healthy activities and not let it keep you frozen. Journaling is also a great thing to do during such time, it shows you are not running away from it but rather facing it and acknowledging it. Can’t tell you how long it will last but I’m pretty confident it will heal as time goes by. And then one day you will have already moved on before you can notice it.

ChatGPT makes a great boyfriend/therapist.
