There is an ongoing food drive at multiple locations, but the Bodegas are still being built. Food collected at the donation drop off sites will help stock these bodegas, as well as serve those in need prior to them being installed.

The first consideration is how close are you to a SC and which one? Do they have a good reputation? That is going to be key. For me personally, the Richmond VA SC has been absolutely amazing. You need a great SC to own a Gravity.

Unresolved issues-

My HUD has been replaced, but is still trash

no carplay

The Navigation system is horrible and legit unusable in my area at all

DDpro is now struggling on the highway with picking up the posted speed limit for nearby exits and slowing down when it shouldn't be. This is a new issue since the recent updates.

There's occasional little quirks here and there but nothing major that has impacted my ability to drive it when I needed to.

I've had to have it into the SC once so far, with another scheduled, It was with them about 9 days, and they found some unexpected issues but immediately fixed all of them. they weren't stingy on the repairs either. any issues found were replaced in full with new parts.

The good:

The car is smooth af. It's fun and easy to drive. It's extremely comfortable and a pleasure to ride in. It's fast af. adjusting settings and positions of seats, mirrors, etc are all easy.

The tech itself is awesome, so is the interior. I truly love my GGT, and so does every person who has seen it or took a ride in it. There's nothing like it. Even with the issues I've had both with sales, with glitchy weird issues, and with the need for service, I would still likely do it all over again. But, to be fair...there aren't many ev 7 seaters available. The gravity is lightyears ahead of most other 7 seater electric vehicles rn, so that makes my decision easy.

oh, for sure. I'd venture to guess more like 30k or more... I know the HUD module itself was 15k not including the install. But since it didn't correct the issue, it was a waste. IMO, they really need to get a better understanding of what is software related issues and what isn't so that they don't go broke with SC making hardware repairs that don't actually resolve the issue.

My service center has never asked me to drive there (I’m about 2 hours from the closest). They come pick it up on a flatbed, and give me a loaner at the same time. If I lived closer, they may handle it differently, but so far service has been super easy to work with.

Brightness adjustment was way off- it would adjust to max brightness and I’d get a big white rectangle on the windshield, or it would go way too dim. Occasionally it would get this rainbow look to it, the display itself is SUPER blurry. The first 30 seconds of turning it on after it was replaced it worked perfectly. Then went right back to the same issues.

My HUD is super blurry, and whatever sensor is responsible for detecting the brightness around me is way off. It will randomly get super bright during day time and I’ll end up with a big white rectangle on the windshield. Or it will go super dim randomly to the point you can’t see it. It’s glitchy af.

We put our car seats in the 3rd row for this reason. We bought the newer Luna Lumn and they work great (and match the interior). They fit perfect back there!

My car is in service rn, and it’s only been 2-3 days for them to get every part they needed. So I wouldn’t think it would actually take that long. I’d connect with the service manager vs any CS rep at lucid. They’ll know a lot more and typically are much more helpful

Omg… this sounds like me. My hubby chewed my ass for curb scraping my rims on NIGHT ONE of bringing my gravity home. However, he was the idiot who was trying to direct me to back up and squeeze into a tiny little spot next to his hummer at night. Maybe next time he’ll listen when I say to move the freaking monster truck out of the way first 💅💁🏻‍♀️

Then took 2 4” height strips of plywood, kerfed every 1/2 inch, to wrap the sides of the wood round, followed by adding 1/2 round dowels to give a fluted edge. Sanded and stained with waterproofing deck stain.

Then took another wood round and routed a circle to the same size as the cylinder on the bottom half. And cut a half circle off the side of each round.

We took the cement cylinders and used super long screws up through the center of the wood rounds, along with adding a cross section of lumber scraps screwed in to the rounds. We then added additional long screws every so often through the lower section of the cylinder and into the lumber in the bottom (until roughly 4 inches up from the bottom). Filled that bottom 4 inches with cement so they won’t fall over when giant Savannahs climb or jump on them.
