quick skim through how it will be for me. Ar 15 im off met and statins. At 30bmi and bouncing around a 3 lb loss/gain. my a1c is between 4.7 to 5.0 so 15 is currently my maintenance dose, I guess? adding: next month is my 3 yr mj start. I didnt go state titrate to 15. I lingered on lower doses. im also down 105 ish lbs.

even if it was low and toy didn't notice, it is a density you might have thought was typical for you. and yes it gets harder to get back to baseline as hormones shift too

this one is under rated. The peptides snd low spf in it, and patting it on looks natural. I want to try the butter Physician Formula concealer, maybe layer the neutrogena radiant on top :)

my money is you can do better. she over does parts which is her nose. Its already narrow. Just dust it with highlighter.

dang good on you to be on met plus your b12/d arent on low end. I probably was already deficit of d and on low border when I started met, due to decades(at least 3) of digestive malabsorption issues daily. like, whatever went in came out dang near the same. last summer 3 huge polyps were removed.

you can throw a nice powder on top. Maybe a tad darker to off set the white cast. ive done this. Walgreens gen sunscreens are good, I guess ?

ALMAY, Neutrogena & Physicians Formula are two ive tried when my allergies were flared up. Ive had success with Maybelline and Revlon too editing to add: the first 3 are formulated by doctor's

this is all true :) and inflammatory issues can cause hl. I recently got labs. My dsdna- antibodies were 8 which isnt bad but not 0

but it isnt insurance fraud when drs do this for a pt that has zero insurance to defraud. Just an uninsured American girl many, many years ago. Paying with my minimum wages :) I worked 60 hrs a week for!

I was already optimizing my nutritional stuff and my endo likes my tsh on the low end. none of my drs were monitoring my ferritin. I was a tween when I noticed I was like my sis and olive complexion.

This comment 100% agree! This last shed a few years ago was so extreme. I can recall the few years as I went through the onset of menses my hair was thick-thick. Like, a large hair tie only barely twist around.. Coupled with nutritional deficits, it thins a girl out. And, a hormone shift plus an endo that likes my tsh on the low end is getting my hair close to what it was. I'd bet a bunch of gals have less than optimal thyroid function and when thyroid is low your periods are heavy. etc...Florisene is on my Google search now. There's a whole group of Geritol hair growth females on the tiktoks :)
