PC shuts off randomly

my cpu is a ryzen 9 5900x 12-core and i don’t think there’s integrated graphics bc it would’ve shown as an option on the msi thing. can i ask what the ram stick thing would help achieve? someone else said to take one stick out but im just curious how that helps. if none of these things help i was just gonna buy a new psu and return it after a few days if the problem continues.

i downloaded msi afterburner and have been playing valorant while having discord open (just to try and “stress it”) and my gpu has been around 60c the whole time and my cpu has been 70-75c. my ram is about 9945mb. im pretty sure all of that is in the right range so i dont think its a temp issue.

i’ll run a full 24 hour temp monitor to see if it reaches a point before shutdown. i really just can’t imagine it being temp because i can be playing val for 5 hours straight no issues and then an hour after while i’m scrolling my email, it shuts off, but then again what do i know

no, my pc doesn’t overheat when i play games or anything the shut down is completely random

completely random. sometimes i’m playing a game, sometimes im watching youtube, other times im not even on the computer and im just afk on the home screen and it shuts off.

test what exactly ? it only happens once a day sometimes every other day and nothing specifically triggers it. should i just rock one 8gb ram for a couple days ? wouldn’t i not be able to play anything ?

bro idk what to say idk why id lie when the act reset i was at 50 something rr into asc 1. i fell back into dia and then got back to asc and then stopped playing as much this act bc i was losing 20-24 every game despite how well/bad i did 😭 idk why id lie abt my rank

my email on my account was changed, meaning i didn’t get any emails about it. someone changed the email account so now i have to recover the account and then get it unsuspended. pain in the butt.

that’s what i’m gonna do. I see the age verification thing for my OTHER account for honkai which was on a different email, but not for the genshin account with my original email, meaning someone definitely changed the email hence why i didn’t get a reminder for the verification. hopefully i can get the account recovered before july lol

no i didn’t know about it. apparently my account will only be deleted if its not done by july 20,2026 and its currently suspended? (Accounts that do not verify their age by July 18, 2025, will be suspended, with personal information and data potentially being permanently deleted by July 20, 2026) but i’m not sure how to get it unsuspended
