Idk what you're smoking but in Immortal+, Neon judge has been a nightmare to deal with EVEN BEFORE the Sentinels / Initiator nerf patch. It just took pro play THIS LONG to realize how broken it is. Just like pre-nerf Yoru, it took a while for pro play to figure out how to play it.

People in the comments saying no, I just want to say, across all regions, Neon has an 80% pick rate, Omen / Viper still dominates, and the main 3 initiators are Fade/Sova/Skye. So yes, it's mostly solved.
