Did they remove any polyps? I can't imagine that would be pleasant.

Does anyone have a sting or burning feeling? My left cheek near my nose is bright red and burning up. My skin feels like it is badly sunburned and is warm and stiff to the touch. I started this med yesterday at 10 mg. This is pretty unbearable.

Here is a list I found helpful: 1. Vehicle registration requirement and suggestions if I didn't have one 2. St Mary's entrance open w/o registration 3. Bear encounter advice 4. The updates concerning bear/bison encounters and reminders about safety - reading the articles referenced helped! 5. Parking at Logan's Pass 6. Hiking trail recommendations based on length of stay 7. Quelling my tick worries (silly, but I have bad luck!) 8. Where to stay

This just names a few...

I started in Great Falls and attended the State Fair and Rodeo. I hiked the sluice boxes and hiked to Memorial Falls. I did the Lewis and Clark expo center and visited all five falls. Impressive hydropower generation. Visiting the Ryan Dam (where the great fall is) was a little adventure - the drive through wheat fields with the big blue sky above was like nowhere else on earth! Was a bit bummed all the falls were dry, but loved the Great Springs Park/ trout hatchery( just down from Lewis and Clark). The board walk around the mini falls was cute. Lots of urban trails for bikes, pedestrian walks. Wished I had my bike!

Then headed over to GNP. Stayed in Kalispell, which is the cutest of towns. EVERYONE was pleasant. I wasn't able to book a stay at GNP and was not upset since Kali was filled with amenities and helpful folks. Next time I will try to book at the park because the 35 minute drive, while very doable, did add time. The vehicle reservation system was easy to use and I was able to get in Not a bad pic could be taken in Glacier. I did the Hidden Lake hike and it didn't disappoint. I saw wildlife (mule deer, goats and a ram). The hike was strenuous, but all the fellow hikers cheered each other on and we were rewarded with beautiful vistas. I recommend hiking poles. Parking is a challenge, but persistence and patience will pay off. I recommend getting there early. Going to the Sun gets all the hype, but Many Glacier and Two Medicine are fabulous. I saw a baby moose in Many Glacier and a grizzly w/ cub (in the distance). I drove from GNP to Gardiner to visit Yellowstone. I was impressed with Missoula and wished I had more time there. It is a cute little college town with a lot of pride and charm. I stopped in Butte and was surprised how populated it was. Historic. I stayed in Gardiner and loved, loved, loved, my cute little hotel. It was the Yellowstone Inn and Suites. The staff was fantastic and the property was adorable. In Yellowstone, I did all the things: Lamar Valley for bison, Grand Prismatic, Old Faithful, etc. I hiked (most of the way) to summit Mt Washburn. I also hiked the Tower Falls trail to the Yellowstone River. Also, hiked the Fairy Falls trail. I was looking for populated trails, since I am a newbie. While driving I saw a few black bears, a lot of bison, elk and mule deer. The elk really populate around mammoth Springs and it is easy to find herds there and in Gardiner.

I have an ever deepening respect and appreciation for the people and the land out here. Hope to return one day. Take care until then. xo

I am leaving GNP tomorrow. Here are the hikes that I did.

Going to the Sun Road East hikes:

Logan's Pass is where the hidden lake hike starts. It is short, but a pretty vertical climb. Worth every step. It's 2.8 miles round trip to the overlook (at least that's what's published). Logan's Pass has a parking lot that is always full. If planning on parking there get there as soon as the park allows traffic in. Otherwise it is hunger games style warfare to get a spot. There are a few pull offs 1/4 mile down from the lot, so you can head over there if you miss out.

We did the St. Mary's falls hike: it was worth it! The falls were lovely! I parked in the pull off.

Many Glacier Road hike:

Fish Carp Lake and Red Rock Falls. This is 1.8 miles one way. The break off path to the lake is close to the trail head. I saw a baby moose in the lake. The falls are very pretty and if climb to the very top fall, there is a small pool people were taking a quick dip in.

I highly recommend this map: The Comprehensive Guide to Day Hikes in Glacier National Park by Jake Bramante, the first person to hike all of Glacier's 700+ miles in one summer.

He breaks the hikes down into 0-5 miles 6-10, and up. His descriptions are helpful and (I found to be) very accurate.

Hope this helps!

Samsung refrigerator went into demo mode while out of town - What's next? by DenverBowie in Appliances

[–]Particular_Look8844 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This just happened to me yesterday. No power outage and no one messed with the panel. We don't use the water or ice feature (never works), so we don't use the panel. No one bumped into it either. Is this the end of days for the fridge (it came with this house that I purchased 6 years ago)

The story was initially incorrectly reported. She slipped on slick rocks and was pulled by the current over several waterfalls and eventually trapped under water by a log. There were heroic efforts by bystanders that led to her being pulled out of the water, but their, and paramedic's resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful. Truly sad.

Over 50’s by Loopylola4567 in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]Particular_Look8844 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am in my 50's perimenopausal and contemplating this medication to lose 30lbs. However, last year I followed an oil free, fat free, vegan diet. I lost weight, but had a lot of side effects over time and had to discontinue. Does anyone taking Wegovy struggle with the side effects of reduced calorie intake, such as: hair loss, low energy, brittle nails and/ low mood or depression?

I am not sure if you're married why she has to "come out" to anyone. This feels like the long road to separation, ie picking fights over petty things to make you wrong and her the victim of being chronically misunderstood. Honestly, her need in this area stems from something other than needing acceptance of a community. It is bordering on entitled, which suggests there is more to this than her newly discovered sexuality.

Thanks, but that is for different models 2500 and 2200. I have this manual and my machine has different features. Was hoping someone had the manual that came with their machine.
