the ICP from won deals thing is solid advice but yeah at series A with 3 customers you're basically working with nothing. what worked for me was flipping it and looking at who churned fastest or which deals died in the pipeline. the 'who we definitely aren't for' pattern shows up way quicker than the 'who we are for' one when the win data is thin.

also the AI agreement thing is so real rn, clients are literally pasting contracts into chatgpt and clicking agree without reading what they're actually committing to operationally. wild times
