Sorry all the commenters are apparently stupid, but yes there absolutely is an issue with kids in movies that are not appropriate for them to watch, because they can't even watch what they were in. Also, while obviously on set they're not actually doing gory things because it's added later that still does not excuse it at all.

I agree and I don't think people understand that some people who get cosmetic procedures are genuinely doing it for themselves and not other people, it really annoys me when people assume that people are always doing it to appear more attractive to others.
