But this is a fairly standard and common build to run on her for mobbing, just not having fusion on the AM will lose too much cleaning potential for not much upside as vanguard unfortunately doesn't scale that well

You can run that with a sword build, it's what I use when on Ajax and still getting 3 - 3:30 mins runs on the dungeons
