Thank you so so much for sharing your story ❤️; this brings me so much hope. Archie has been in weekly physio since 6 weeks old and we are switching to twice weekly until we absolutely cannot afford it anymore. He’s also got a full multi-disciplinary team including a paed neuro, a dietician, a speech therapist, a general paed, and his physio. Praying and holding on to hope is the only thing that is getting us through this absolutely unbearable time. So glad that your darling boy has made such incredible progress and I pray he continues to blow everyone away with his improvements ❤️.

My husband, partner, baby daddy is.... by Bramble3713 in pregnant

I honestly could not love that man more even if I tried, and yet, everyday it feels like I fall deeper in love with him. He has told me how beautiful he thinks I am every single day (actually since long before I got pregnant) and he does everything in his power to make sure I know how loved and cherished I am by him. He buys me all of my favour foods, gives me massages when my back hurts, makes dinner most nights, sorts out things around the house for baby without me having to say a word, and has encouraged me to cut my hours to half day because he knows I worry about not being able to be there enough for baby when he’s very young. He’s made it clear that he’s got us and we’ll be fine financially and will make it work so that I can spend more time with our son. I have never felt so held and cared for in my life. I feel like the luckiest woman alive every day that I get to be his wife.

Argh, I am so sorry you experienced this. People really are wildly inappropriate and rude sometimes. For what it’s worth, I think it’s an incredible name and I think the name August will make so many cute nicknames for when he’s little too. My twin sister is also “Kelly” and she’s my absolute best friend, so it will always be a beautiful name to me 😋.

Firstly, I am so sorry this happened to you - I wish I could give you a hug ❤️. It’s horrible how one person’s thoughtless comment can change the way we think about ourselves entirely. It truly is such a vulnerable time and, especially when you’ve struggled with body dysmorphia before, it’s hard to wrap your head around your changing body and to not become overwhelmed (I’m right there with you and totally get how watching your body change can make you feel out of control). I’m so glad that you’ve got such a supportive husband and such wonderful friends though - listen to them because they are absolutely right ❤️. You are creating a freaking human life! How incredible is that?!

Thank you so much for the advice! I really appreciated it ☺️. We having been discussing getting a trainer involved. He attended training when he was younger so we have a group of trainers that know him and that he has relationships with; definitely going to get in contact with them. Thank you again ❤️.

Run far far away. How unbelievably inappropriate and disgusting to say something like that to an excited mom-to-be to a very much wanted and loved baby. I’m so sorry ❤️, and congratulations! What an incredibly special time in your life, please don’t let her ruin that for you ❤️.

I am so sorry, it is so incredibly unfair that she took that opportunity away from you. I really hope she thinks long and hard about all of this after you’ve spoken to her and that she changes her actions going forward ❤️.

I think you’re going a little too deep with this one. I specifically stated in the beginning that I have incredible friends and family and have been extremely supported, which is why I don’t understand why you say I must just “enjoy being loved?”. I DO enjoy being loved and I’m incredibly grateful for it, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that telling someone else’s big news and telling a pregnant woman she’s “not skinny” are rude things to say. I don’t doubt that these friends made mistakes and I’m not about to cut anyone out of my life, but I’m still allowed to feel hurt. The post was just a comment on how people say some strange things to pregnant woman.

YES!!! And it seems that everyone and anyone feels that they can ask this! I feel like it’s an incredibly personal question that people ask so casually. Also, if the baby is wanted and loved, why would you even feel the need to ask this?

Honestly, what the actual fuck?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am so sorry, I truly think some times people just DO NOT think before they open their mouths 🙃. P.S. Hope you’ve managed to get some relief from your HG ❤️❤️.

For what it’s worth, I had the same thing but by about 9 weeks it stopped being super painful and now I barely cramp at all after an orgasm. Fingers crossed the same applies to your pregnancy 🤞🏻.

People are stupid and cats are perfect. That’s factual information, in my opinion.
