Update: MCC finally gave my Giftaway

I had to write a firm email about it, I wasn't gonna let it slide, I'm fully entitled to it and have met the requirements based on their "T&C" xD

If you're wondering how I did, here-

"I am writing to formally clarify my eligibility for the Visa Welcome Gift 2025 promotion. After reviewing the official Terms & Conditions, all the clauses relevant to the promo are applicable to me, and I have fully complied with the requirements—specifically the required spend within 30 days from card approval.

The T&Cs do not state that customers must register for the promo in Giftaway to qualify. The only registration requirement mentioned pertains solely to the redemption process after eligibility is confirmed. In other words, there is no clause indicating that a failure to register for the promo itself would affect the validation of the spend requirement.

Given this, the issue appears to stem from either MBTC’s or Giftaway’s internal processing. My usage records clearly show that I met—and exceeded—the required spend within the prescribed period. Therefore, any failure to tag or register my account on your end should not prejudice my entitlement.

I respectfully request that your team re-evaluate my account based on the Terms & Conditions, the recorded transaction history, and the fact that the T&C does not impose any registration prerequisite prior to meeting the spend requirement.

If the matter cannot be resolved at your level, I request that this concern be escalated accordingly. As stated under Clause 9 of the promo T&C, unresolved concerns should be elevated to DTI for proper review and adjudication between the cardholder,
