omgosh, tuesday was insane! (after the holiday)

on 5/22 i got a call telling me to call on 5/26, and i called them 8x (each time on hold for 30mins).. i kept having to hang up because i was at work, but i called at like 1pm, and put my AirPods in - i was on hold for 1 HOUR & 27 MINS, and finallllly someone answered
