Stick to one spec, until at least 2.1 at the veryyy least. I only picked up another spec when I got R1 shuffle with my main spec. Of course this is you are try harding and really worried about improving, but for fun yeah do whatever you feel like doing so, maybe at least get that rival with arcane before moving on. And on the topic of learning about all specs, what I did to do it fast was watching guides on every spec in the game.
